Exhibitor and Vendor Registration

Complete the form on this page to participate as an exhibitor or vendor at the Illinois Orchid Society show and sale.

Exhibits

The deadline to register for an exhibit is Sunday, February 22.

Exhibit space is free. Please provide free-standing lighting for your exhibit, and extension cords.

Setup is from noon to 6pm, Friday March 13th.

Sales

The deadline to reserve vendor space to sell at the Orchid Marketplace weekends is three weeks before the date.

Each pair of sales tables is $200 for the opening and IOS show weekends, and includes a third table for storage.

All items for sale must be orchid plants and related items, or a mix of orchids and other houseplants.
