This page has everything you will need to successfully register a display.
The deadline to register for an exhibit is Monday, February 17th.
Steps to Register a Display
Step 1. Fill out the display registration form on this page. You should receive an exhibit number the same day in your email. If not, email david.kirk.a@gmail.com.
Step 2. Fill out the Exhibitor Identification Form using the exhibit number sent to you by the Show Chair, and adding an uppercase letter for each person in the display. For example, if you are exhibit 2, then you are exhibitor 2A, and your friends are 2B, 2C, and so on.
Step 2. Find your orchids’ entry class in the Show Schedule, and fill out the Plant Registration Form.
Step 3. Email both the Exhibitor Identification Form and Plant Registration form to dianemulkerin@gmail.com by Friday March 7th at 4:00pm.
Step 4. Set up your display at the Chicago Botanic Garden by 4pm Friday March 7th, and retrieve it Sunday March 9th between 4-6pm.
Please bring free-standing lighting for your exhibit, and extension cords.
We will have help onsite to help move your plants in from the cold.
